Planning thread for the 2011 CM&G game

Time has come to start the planning stages for the 2011 Canadian Meet and Greet game. This year, things will be changed up a little bit.

This year, the first 10 fields that are suggested by the members, will be the ones that will be voted upon. There are also some extra criteria that needs to be included with the field name. So, before everyone goes wild suggesting their local field, make sure you follow the format below

Name of Field (including web site if possible)
Location of Field
Entry Fee (Does this include paint?)
BYOP?
Other amenities (restaurants, hotels, etc)
Safety measures in place?

The most important thing to know: is the field capable of handling a potentially large group of players?


Obviously, the field choice is Canadian, but the game will be open to ALL players, with ALL types of markers.

The primary rules are those that the host field uses; but our own rules will also be in play.


Please keep the posts on topic as much as possible.
