Question about New Subscribed Threads

On the "New Subscribed Theads" page under your "User CP" it shows any new posts you have subscribed threads to, and after you click on them the list should disappear until someone new posts in that thread right? Well my list doesn't disappear like it does on the other OGs after I visit those posts. Is there a setting I need to check to make them disappear until someone new posts? Anybody know what I mean?

You can go into your user CP and unsubscribe to all threads.

I see what your saying. But being this is a newer version forum. I am still learning the subtle differences myself. So I can't really give you a good answer for this.

I know Invictus is trying to get some of the bugs worked out and this could be one that is still not detected yet. Right now all I can say give him a few to get some of the things done. We'll see want can be done here.

That's understandable. So is this limited to me or has anyone else stumbled upon this?

I haven't tried yet, but my first guess would be you are not alone.

Edit-- I subscribed to this thread and it worked ok for me, let me see what some of the other guys say and I'll PM Invictus to see what he says. Though I did have to click on the thread tools to subscribe. It wasn't auto like on X7.

I like that they stay, I've found that in v-bulliten sometimes new posts like to un-bold themselves making it look as if it's been read when in reality it hasn't been.

That's a setting under User CP --> Edit options --> Default Thread Subscription Mode. Default is "Do Not Subscribe". I changed mine to my preference, "No email notification".

As do I, it seems to happen most in the morning though.
