To post a video from YouTube just follow my instructions (sorry they're not the greatest but I'm not good at this stuff).

First, notice the two YouTube buttons in the tool bar:


When you push the first one you get the top line of text in your post area, which is just a regular YouTube video. When you push the second, you get the option to post Hi Def YouTube videos.


In between the two sets of brackets you put the indentifier for the specific video.

That is the letters and numbers in red here:

So your post will look like this





and end up looking like this:
