Default Possibly a BIG problem

I have a Pure Energy 68/4500 HPA Tank. Currently filled at close to 1500 PS. And it is leaking. A slow steady leak. I know the leak is coming from the pin the sticks out of the regulator at the top, the one that pushes down to release the air into the marker when it is attached ( Can get pic if needed) Does anyone know if I can try and fix this safely? I really do not have any idea of how...and it is under pressure (So I am thinking this is a bad idea) Also with this leak do I need to worry about this thing going boom? Or anything like that?
Just found out it was leaking when I took it off my marker. Was not leaking before...

Also does anyone have any contact info for Pure Energy I searched around and could not find anything.

Thanks guys

Take an ASA, and take off the fittings from it, and screw it onto the bottle (fasten it down somehow) and make it come out slowly. *you could also use a remote line*

Empty it out, completely... then disassemble the reg, and replace the o-ring on the plunger (the pin)

That is how i did mine. :]

EDIT: also, i believe on Mike at TechPB youtube channel he has a video of taking the reg off of the bottle with pressure in it... because they have a safety feature in the threading that will let the pressure off safely. Just make sure you get it to leak out the air, and then once it is empty, remove it fully.

You can most definitely get a rebuilt kit for your reg, just need the type & manufacturer. Also, NEVER, NEVER take the reg off under pressure! Yes, there are safety backups in place, but it's just not smart. Get a remote or attach it to your marker & empty it out first. You're just better off. Oh, and get a strap wrench...you'll need it to hang on to the tank when you try to take off the reg. They're usually threaded on w/ thread locker (Loctite) and aren't the easiest to get off. You won't need to reapply the thread locker when you put it back on though.

Parts Kit [Preset Regulator] 40610

This should be it......it's not an adjustable reg, is it?
