I was talking to Kanuck about something to carry 50 rd pods in for my open class pump setup. I didn't really want anything with velcro straps and I wanted it to go on a duty size belt. I wanted something compact and low drag because I've shed the vest, buckles, straps and most everything else. I have enough love handles and spare tires extruding from behind cover as it is without all the other stuff.

So this is what he came up with!


It's approximately 6 1/2" wide



Approximately 4" tall



There are two nice elastic loops for the pods. They fit very well, not too snug but good retention. I forgot to take a pic of the back but it is (2) 2" webbing straps for attaching to the belt. Take note that I did add a few turns of electrical tape at the bottom of my pods for just a little lip that hangs under the elastic. This wasn't necessary, but these GXG pods are nice but pretty smooth so I wanted to make extra sure they stayed put. When the Tank gets a rollin' it can be a bumpy ride






I got exactly what I needed. It's good quality and a rugged little piece. I suspect this will serve me well for quite sometime. Thanks for another sweet product Kanuck!

That's actually the 2nd one of those I've made. Hoot has the other one. I've added it to my list of stuff I can make.
