I am so impressed by the service I had to start a thread.

Sunday I emailed Ross Jones, inquiring about TM-15 shells which were marked as "out of stock". I get a reply an hour later saying he will check the stock on monday.

I get an email from Ross again:

Doug,
The shells will be here Wednesday. I did mark them as in stock on the site.

So I ordered them late tuesday night, actually late wednesday morning (its hard to sleep with paintball parts on the mind.) I ordered over a $100 and was eligible for free shipping.

I had my parts that Friday!
