As many of us now know, the Planet Eclipse Operators website is down. I just thought I would post up a thread so if anyone has any info on it they would have somewhere to put it. (Hint hint hint) I hope its back up again soon.

It's a field here in Southwest Michigan that my team is working with. They have been offering paintball for a while, but no one played there because of the lack of, well anything really. He has about 70 acres of field and woods, as well as a speedball field that had pieces from an old McDonalds playplace for bunkers. The woods have a few structures to them, but nothing to write home about. We are trying to help change that and give Southwest Michigan a high quality field to call their own. With the current alternatives in the area, this field will do great.
This spring we are going to be constructing the first of many fields out there (colonial style fort/city will be first) as well as putting up a brand new airball field. I believe its going to be the Chicago NPPL format field. Have to double check on that. We're shooting for a grand re-opening in June, but we're going to have a pre-opening event towards the end of may for other teams to come and give some feedback before we open. I'd love it if any of the OG'ers who are able came out sometime this year to check it out. Once we get going on it, I'm going to start a thread to show progress this spring. Its been a little too wet lately to get out and do anything. My job is to get bodies on the field this year to prove to the owner that these new changes will turn into money in his pocket. FormulaK is a family fun park, with arcade, mini golf, go-karts, etc. This is going to be a fantastic family destination, with something for everyone who shows up.
