I played with my buddy's back up Mini a couple of weeks ago and fell in love with it. No tank on my back with a remote line, heck no vest. Just two pod pouch on my belt and it felt great to play that way. No tactical vest with a of weight and restricting my movement.
I was offered a great deal for a brand new Mini that my buddies team won in a tournament. Got a Limited edition 2010 dust bronze for $225. I got to use it yesterday for the first time and man do I love it. I had to barrow a Empire Prophecy, and after market barrel. Love it had a great game with a lot of kills with my mini. I am not sure if I want to buy a Rotor or a Empire Prophecy version two hopper. I might just end up buying my buddies hand me done Halo V35 hopper. As for the barrel I might get the I fit, I like the color of the barrel matching the marker. That and the bronze matches my MARPAT lol. Any advice to up grades feel free to share your opinions I will be spending some time tomorrow night getting caught up on all the posts hear. Welcome to the Darkside, um I mean InvertOG!
I hear ya about shedding that weight and not looking back (former X7 player). I've heard great things about the Prophecy hopper and it's a lot cheaper than a Rotor, but I do love my Rotor. The barrel is decent, but a bore kit is better. Personally, I run with a Deadlywind Fibur barrel that uses the Freak inserts to match bore to PB size. The New Designz On/Off/Purge is a nice add on but it will add some length to the ASA, so try one on with your tank before you buy it. Your other option is to replace the Mini's ASA, which is also its high pressure regulator, with the one that comes on the new Empire Axe which has a built in On/Off/Purge. When I had my Mini I didn't think anything was wrong with the trigger. When I replaced it with a CP roller-bearing trigger, I was amazed at how much better it was. All in all, one of the great things about the Mini is that it performs awesomely right out of the box without the need for upgrades. Just remember you can't put CO2 in that thing.

Never got to use it before i got out but the axe on/off looks great so if u have the cash go with that. If not go NDZ.
loader depends on the type of player. I was highly aggresive front so the rotors small profile and durability was great. For barrels i away suggest CP one peice. For 30 bucks I found that it easw ily competed with much more expensive barrels

I would love a Rotor but it's coast is a bit high for my liking. I might just get the Empire Prophecy version two, I know wear I can get it brand new for $99 out the door. All I know is that I like to take my time and look for good deals. Since the season is close to being over, I am not in that much of a hurry.
Oh and thanks to ever one who has given me there advise. |

For me anyways! :-)
I had a similar experience. I used to run an A5 with a flatline. I even went as far as making my A5 "walkable" by replacing springs and changing the trigger. I finally said "Screw it" and bought myself the same LE Bronze Mini. Shot accurate and soft. I was suddenly shooting through holes in bunkers and tagging people left and right. More importantly it's not because of rapid fire that I did it. It's because the gun is actually accurate and puts the paint where you want it. I bought myself a black mini to take to the woods. I love being a better sniper than those idiots with a loud barking A5 "Stealth" setup. It is what it is.
