It was a great week!
My brother (the golfer) came in from CO, my parents came in from FL, and my cousins came in from NY. We deep fried a turkey as my Dad drank Wild Turkey. The kids got all the attention they desired and I got to install new light fixtures throughout the house. What more could I ask for?

It was good. My bro came home from college so it was really good to see him cause my brother and I are pretty close(compared to other siblings I know that are always at each others throats lol). We also had a lady from our church come. Shes practically our adopted grandmother. So for once it was a small celebration but I liked how it wasnt as loud or hectic as other years(I like those too though). Also I like cooking so it was cool to be in the kitchen with mom and having her teach me a few things.

Very cool of you to learn family tradtitions in the kitchen. I like to cook too but deep frying a turkey is like boiling hot dogs in water, you just need to know when to pull them out.
