Default My new Mini, take 2. Or is that 3?

Bought a used V1 dust silver Mini for my daughter 2 years ago. She never played with it more than once, so I eventually sold it. Now, two years later, she tells me she wants to give paintball another try and regrets selling the Mini. So I got her another used V1, this time gloss black.

After several issues, a new poppet and new o-rings, the darn thing kept leaking. So this new to us V1 got sold... Only to buy a brand spankin' new V3 Mini

I kept the V1's metal case since these are no longer made and hard to find at a decent price. I've added a computer case screw for easy battery removal, a Rufus Dawg gauge protector, an NDZ TSO on/off and a set of Brazilian wraparound Cocobolo wood grips from Rifle over at MCB:

The (very modest) armory, at least for now. Still need a pistol and maybe another mag:

And of course, a pic of my daughter with her new marker

I love those wood grips. They add so much character to the marker. Did you make that rotor cover?

Actually a friend of mine did it. It's a bit crooked, but does the job nicely.

Well I hope it's something you'd consider doing! I had a Halo B Cadpat hopper cover made by Panda86 of A5OG, but he's been MIA for a few years now.

I'd see Rotor covers as a fine addition to your line! Heck, I'd buy one from you to replace my half-arsed crooked one!

Thanks for the comments! THe only thing bugging me right now is the silver TSO... There weren't any gloss black ones left when I ordered, and I thought that the silver would go well with the trigger and feedneck clamp, but in hindsight I should have waited a bit for the black one. Oh well!

I didn't even notice it until you pointed it out. It's fine. Reminds me of a pic I saw in a gun magazine as a kid. Very cool.
