I have gotten into the habit of replacing all my bolt and guide o-rings every 10 cases or so on my Minis. They may look good, but they can be worn just enough to not perform right.

A little off topic, My older mini has been breaking more and more paint lately... Sometimes it even breaks the ball in the breach..
Could this be due to a bad o-ring? or could it be my pressure being too low (making it not cycle properly) Ive never changed an o-ring on it (prolly around 40-50 cases in it now? lol) |

Could be a nick on the bolt bumper. Yeah replace them all and you should be good.

With how techy I am I have started breaking done each one of my markers after its been used every time. Im a clean freak and must know and see that my markers will keep up with me.

I took my bolt out and cleaned a little... i went to shoot yesterday and paint would barely shoot. I could shoot maybe 10 feet. I checked the PSI and everything checked out. I tried swapping tanks but it still failed to shoot. Had to pack it in for the day....
Any suggestions |

How far in/out was your back cap? Mine chronos at 280 ish at about 1 to 1 1/4 turns out from all the way in.
Put a brand new battery in, one right out of the package. Then reset your board to factory settings if you have changed anything. Even if you haven't, its not a bad idea to do a board reset just to be certain. If you need to know how to do a board reset let me know. Its in the manual as well. The last thing I can recommend is changing out your bolt and bolt guide o-rings. I had the exact same issue and it was bad o-rings. I thought mine were ok, they looked good, and they even seemed to have a good snug fit with the bolt installed. But my marker would not shoot correctly until I changed out all the dynamic o-rings. Just some food for thought. |

Ok thanks, i will try it tonight. I have had my mini for about a month and shot about 3 cases of paint through it. I decided to take it apart so i could get more familiar. Once i took the bolt out, i placed it back inside. Just by removing the bolt, i ruined the o rings?
it was shooting just like it was running out of air.... but it had full tanks. |

The back cap is the large allen key that was included with your mini. Turn it clockwise until it is snug, not overtightened, then back it out about 1 full turn. This will reset your poppet as well as get you close to 270 -290 fps.
Also, did you perhaps put the bolt spring in backwards? It's probably a shot in the dark, but some people put it back in backwards and it causes the bolt to not cycle properly. The spring should snap into place on the bolt. When you shoot it, does it still have the same sound signature? Like is it loud or muffled? |
