Ok well ive only played with my mini once i have a 68/4500 tank and i was wondering about how many shots i should get out of it (once i get the leaked fixed)
I have a small leak in my gun somewhere ive pretty much determind its the poppet. Well even with the leak i put about 2 full hoppers and about eh....6 or 7 pods through it before it ran out. And thats still alot more than i get out of my A5 |

People get varying amount of shots per tank, but it depends on your bolt setup, dwell settings, etc... The leak isn't going to help anything, but expect some more shots without it. Call Kee Action Sports if you need a replacement poppet. They'll ship one out for you if you tell them its leaking. The number is 1 800 220 3222. I've seen varying numbers from around 1100 up to 1400 shots off of a 68/4500.

I run an 88/4500, and mind you.. ive never let it die completely (i dont carry enough paint to empty it even at 3000 psi... 5 pods) that sounds about right... I lowered my pressure and my dwell a little bit on the mini and it works well.. about 180, and 21 blinks is where i have mine at.

So is it free or will i have to pay for it?

It will most likely be free if you explain that you got a v-1 mini and that it is leaking because of it.

Ok well in all honesty i have no idea if its a v1 mini all i know is its blue has 4 modes of fire and I got it for a friggin steal. Really im new to PB and i found it for 100 bucks with a 68/4500 tank and a something hopper that has a little spiny thingy in it that feeds the balls.
So ye aim a noob. But i can field strip just about any gun so i figure fixin this will be a walk in the park. So....how can i tell if its a v1? |

There's a few threads on how to tell the different poppets apart. The easiest way is if it doesn't have a spring, you know its a V1. They're sending me both a new poppet and lower air tube for free since they were both known defects in the original Mini's. The lower air tube from a certain batch were known to crack where it goes into the regulator because it was machined too thin. The poppet's are known to be a defect, because they've upgraded them a few times since the mini came out.

![]() Right to left: Version 1 Poppet Version 2 Version 3 Version2 added the spring in the rear Version 3 added the Replaceable poppet face Check to see which one is in your marker. You can also check the gauge. If it has a 0 - 600 gauge, then it is likely a version 1 marker. I'm not sure if Kee put the 0-300 gauge on the version 2 marker.
