Once you pump it, that should be good to go for that shot at whatever velocity the marker was tuned in at.

It was a CCM T2. Beautiful marker, just not my type.

yeah they are nice pumps, idk if they do not have the lock closed feature that the trracer has so when you chamber a round it cant be pumped or opened until it has been discharged.

Hope this makes sense! My primary is a CCM S6.5 pump, I acutally sold my T2 last year to buy a 6.5 this year. No real performance difference between each other, besides the fact that the S6.5 has some nice milling, while the T2 has none. My old dust black T2: ![]() My gloss black/green S6.5: ![]() Pump is definitely not for everyone, but once you learn to love it, you are Hooked! (pardon the pun )

Thx for the info, hook. My comment was based of my trracer experience.

Thanks Hook! If I didn't hold the pump forward the ball would have serious arc and you could tell it was shooting slow.
Another friend had a CCM6.5. My friend's T2 looks like your 6.5 and my other friend's 6.5 looks like this beautiful MARKER LINK. Even if I didn't have to hold the pump handle forward, I still don't think pump is for me. If I usually play only in Semi, why add the necessity of the pump action?

For me, playing pump brings me back to the days when pump markers were the only paintball markers available. I started playing in '91 or '92 and played with a VM68 and the original Trracer.
Plus, I like the actual pump stroke. You can play semi with a small hopper all you want, but the extra step of actually pumping the marker makes it so much different. But hey, diff'rent strokes for diff'rent folks as they say! It's totally okay if you don't like pump. Pump caters to a niche market anyway. |

Very true. I tried it thinking I would like it, and found out I am not of that niche.
