Default urgent mini help

Ok i got the inver mini players part kit in the mail. I took my mini apart and put in the new poppet that came with the kit and it started to leak. I took it out and put my old poppet in and it stopped the leak.

So i need help finding out why this new poppet wont work in my mini.?

I didnt do anything to the new poppet i only put it in. I did noticed that it seems longer than the old poppet and that the white piece on top was considerably larger than the old one. Could this be a factor? I had assumed my old poppet was just worn down.

Did you push the new poppet all the way in to make sure it was seated?I assume the new poppet came with an oring already installed?

Yes it did and i push it in as far as it would go with my hand then i turned the velocity screw all the way up to seat it properly and then unscrewed it out about 1 turn and it started leaking and with the new poppet in the velocty screw would leak a little until i unscrewed it a bit then the one leak would stop. But the leak inside the gun would still be leaking.

If it leaks with the new poppet and not the old one, there is a slight chance that the new poppet is damaged.Check the face and make sure theres no lube on the face either. You could also try resetting the solenoid.

You really need to step back and count to ten.

Reset the board first. I posted a link to the manual that is listed in the TECH help forum in your other thread.

Since you purchased your marker used and have no idea how well it was maintained, I would suggest you replace all of the orings in your marker.
