Supposedly this is true but I have never run lo to attempt to confirm. With LP you take a chance of.shootdown. One of the main advantages is ease of tank removal from the marker.

I use LP and never had a problem with shootdown.I thought it was quieter, but I let someone else use it with HP and it sounded about the same.It is a little easier to remove, but an on/off is the way to go.

Haven't heard any sound difference as the output pressure is nominally the same. More likely the barrel that affects the sound signature than anything really.
