Oh, those are the setting on my non-tadao board. The Tadao board has a dwell of 9 (im not sure why its higher, but when i drop it velocity drops) And the pressure is same.. 160. Back caps are both flush. (i like them that way :P) the equivalent of BIP is on 1 as well.

The reason your TechT bolt isn't working is probably the same reason mine doesn't work. It's physically too big for your bolt guide, and therefor it won't cycle properly. If you remove the back o-ring, you will get the bolt to cycle correctly at normal settings, but you will have massive blow-by and a ton of stack breaks. You can send the bolt back and ask for a smaller one. They should still have some of them laying around. I still need to do that. I have always had good luck with TechT products up until now.

i repped! and yes i will be calling TechT for the third time for a smaller bolt. Its kinda funny there new bolt doesnt work well with the old Minis, but there older smaller bolts work good with the new minis. lol

one thing about TechT that didnt sit quite right with me was how they managed around the bad run of ZKHs they had. they knew they had a batch out there that were improperly manufactured and would bind in the A5, but when people called in about them they would offer to replace it but they wouldnt pay shipping on it. that seems like a charge that they should have absorbed and charged back to the vendor who produced them incorrectly instead of pinning that on their customers. i had to pay shipping twice on one the hammers i had - once upon initial purchase and again to send it to TechT for an exchange. my $45 hammer eventually cost me just over $60. and to add insult to injury, it never performed as well as Engler's light hammer! still, pretty good guys to deal with but that just kinda stuck in my craw.

i juSt got an email from Todd.
heres what he says: You wanna see how the bolt fits on the bolt guide. Compare to see how it fits on the bolt guide vs the stock bolt. If its any looser or tighter that could be the issue. Also make sure that all the orings are correct. Try taking the orings off the stock bolt and put them on our bolt. Let me know the results of the test and we'll figure out the next step. Thanks, Todd
