Before anyone asks, I did consult the "Ultimate How To".
Now, before airing up, I lightly lubed every o-ring, opened and reset the solenoid, tightened every screw, backed out the regulator screw until it was flush, and turned the guide cap in all the way. I proceeded to screw my tank in and slowly tighten the reg screw. Before even hitting 100psi, the Mini started to leak above my trigger. I then consulted the how-to. I assumed the answer to my troubles was listed under "If your mini is leaking from between the air transfer plate and the body", and "If your mini is leaking from in between the two air transfer tubes". I followed the directions, and reset my solenoid. Aired up again to find the leak coming from the back cap. I unscrewed the cap (after removing the tank), lubed it, and put it back. Aired up again, and the leak is coming from above the trigger! WTF! Could it be that I have a faulty solenoid? Nothing appears wrong with it... I'm having a real bad time with my first electro.

If you know a friend with a mini you could try swapping solenoids.
Take off your grips air it up, make sure your pressure is below 200 (i assume it is) and try and find the exact spot of the leak. Umm... Give Kee action sports a call maybe Also, try putting your dwell up to basically as high as it goes, and shoot it. Report back after? hopefully we can get this worked out.

do you have a check valve in the right way? and do you even have a check valve in the right hole? check the check valve.

Yeah, its all good. I just figured out that it's coming from the air tubes. Silly me.
Anybody know the o-ring size on the male tube? |

Inspect the tubes very closely. There was a batch of Mini's that got out where the tubes crack very easily. I'm not sure what the serial # range is but Kee was replacing them for free.

i had the same problem with my dust silver. with the grips off, if i pushed lightly on the tube in the middle where the male and female halves meet, the leaking stopped. i replaced the o-ring and wah-lah... no more leak.
