so i went to lend my second mini to a friend on the feild today and it leaked between the reg and the bottom of the grip. My reg was a bit loose and so i ttightened it up but that didnt sovle the problem so i put it away and gave him another gun to use. i come home tonight and strip it down to solve the problem. I couldnt beleive my eyes. the bottom of my air transfer tube had broken off!!! so there are three steps on the bottom after the threads the last one seats the oring the middle one is where the break is. Unless i have gotten something confused i believe this is supposed to be one peice and mine is in two lol. As far as i can tell the reg came loose and must have taken a bump and snapped it off. You would be suprised at how thin the metal there is. before anyone says it i generally take very good care of my gear. my mini is stored in a soft bag always but now i think ill get a hard case.
Anyone have a suggestion as to where i go for a new one?

Yeah, that happened to me as well. Like 15 bux to get it replaced. Had to pay because KEE/Empire/whoever it is wont respond to emails or calls.

This is actually a common problem. Kee had a batch go out with bad transfer tubes and lots of players were breaking them. I would call tech support and see if they can fix this for you.

The air transfer tube IS two pieces.

He means the tip of the bottom part. The metal is MICRO thin where the tube screws into the regulator, enough knocking around or even just screwing it in wrong can snap the tip off.

Anytime. Its a pain in the ass, had it happen to me as well. Its really a low quality part and should somehow be replaced with something stronger.

I have a buddy who just got his replacement from KEE. Awesome service! They gave him no problems at all! He took it out to use it and it was leaking before he got to play....he said he must have bumped it or something the last time he used it....but was very happy to be a KEE product owner!
