Ok, I have watched all the tech vids by Simon. I know a lot about the Mini but still having a problem here.
I recently sent my Mini in to be painted. When I got my gun back it was leaking from the bleed off valve on the bottom of the reg. I realized that the front cap of the reg had been taken off to be painted. I am pretty sure it is leaking because it was reassembled incorrectly (supposed to be assembled with air on the gun to set the front cap in the correct spot, and then the screw set in place.) I took the front cap off again and assembled it following the disassembly/assembly video by Simon. It finally stopped leaking when I got it to the point where you loosen the front cap an 1/8 of a turn and tighten the retension screw. When I put the front screw in on the reg cap it started leaking again when the pressure went up. I don't know what else it could be. All of the o-rings are fresh and in place. Please help! * I know you aren't supposed to disassemble the front cap according to the video. But it had already been done so I decided to try and fix it. Please help. . . . Try tightening that bleed off at the bottom. Someone else had the problem too, i believe he just screwed the bleed off thing in a bit more, and it worked. Something to do with the spring, and pin valve not being in the right spot.

Ok, I looked at the bleed off valve. How do I tighten it? There is no way to tighten with a screw driver or anything. The surface is flat. Do I use needle nose pliers and pinch the holes to grip it and turn? Thats the only thing I can think of.

I personally used C clip pliers... they are basically pliers but with small tips... and no gripping part... But if you have needlenose that have small enough points, then all the power to ya.

Well I didn't have needlenose that were small enough or C clip/E clip pliers. I actually sent it in to Invert to be teched. See if they can fix it for me.

I hope it works out for ya. Did you include a note saying what is wrong? My friend once sent his laptop in, and they didnt fix the problem that he sent it in for because they thought it was just sent in for the battery.

It is always a good idea to try and explain the problem on a note as best you can because they're not going to remember who you are and what specifically is wrong with it.
