It sounds like you simply need a new poppet. They are a normal wear part and will need to be replaced after a while.

If you have indeed replaced the bolt guide o-rings, as well as cleaning the lubricant off of the poppet, just go on and get a new one. They cost about 15 dollars after shipping, and it should fix your problem. I would suggest buying from here.

Let me clarify as well; Even if it does not help the original problem, you will still have the extra poppet in case you do end up needing it in the future.
