I replaced the factory bolt and went back to my 114/4500 tank with the Raptor regulator set at 400psi.
Shooting fine now. It appears so far the WGP tank is the possible problem where it's not recharging adequately.
Will replace the bolt with the Tech T bolt and see.

The solution was using a reliable regulator. It was the WGP regulator that suxs. Either use Ninja or even Air America Raptor for more precise pressure adjustment.
