Default New TM-7 Owner :)

Got, at least what I think, was a deal for this and had to pick it up last night. I was mad at myself for spending the cash but when I got it home and aired it up, held it and such, I'm now glad I actually did. Very happy so far, now just to shoot paint with it.

I've ordered the TM series Rip Clip and will probably sell my old one along with my delta. I also got the double trigger, the only sort of "performance" thing I got for it was the Empire Relay as I wanted an on/off for it. I hope it installs ok as I just watched a video of a gent that had his wobble on his TM-7. I've vowed not to touch any of the internals as I understand it's best to keep them stock.

I'm really diggin the look with the Apex 2. If this works out it may not be looking good for my, at times, trouble plagued Phenom

My biggest tip on the trigger is to look into the FLASC one.

Looks real nice. Yes don't touch the internals. The only things I would recommend is a good aftermarket Barrel(I personally love the Lapco Assault with an Apex 2) and the Flasc trigger. I've never used the BT double trigger but I have friends that have and don't care for it. The Flasc trigger with the pen spring mod is a must recommendation from me.

Looking good Cap'n. I got mine last week and I am already tinkering with it.

See, you CAN bring some milsim into this " speedball forum"

I like the digi paintjob on that Tm7.

Keep the pressure on the Guage at 200 or a hair under as well.
Also you might check the poppet to make sure it has a version 3. The version 3 has the replaceable face and spring in the back.

I wrote a little mini review here somewhere, but to summarize yeah, it's an amazing marker. It's the perfect combination of a speedball and milsim marker, it worked great right out of the box. I changed the barrel and added the Empire Relay and the APEX 2 but that's about it. I love the small size and form factor!

How did you get the Apex2 to work with your TM7? I didn't think they had a AC threaded Apex 2 barrel yet? Or is the TM7 threaded differently?

Awesome looking gun. I want one now.

I don't know which manufacturer it's supposed to emulate but I was watching "Book of Eli" last night and Mila Kunis's character was sporting one that looked alot like it
