I have the same setup, but with a Tadao board. Stock trigger was a pain to adjust, so I upgraded to a CP Sling. Only problem was the painful setup for someone like me with big hands.. Other than that, the CP gives a very assuring & crisp pull. You can't go wrong with CP.

Doesn't the CP trigger have the same adjustment screws as the stock trigger?

Yes, both do have the same adjustment screws. I just couldn't get the bounce to stop every time I'd shoulder the tank. The darn thing was too picky, the magnetic return and lack of bearings also made it feel sloppy compared to the higher end/aftermarket triggers.

Could be just my specific marker, not too sure.. even the Empire tech couldn't help. Though I am curious if anyone has tried that newer Invert trigger.

I vaguely remember hearing good things about the Invert trigger but not many people have bought it.

With regards to the stock trigger, you can always slap a rare earth magnet on top of the return magnet in the trigger frame to double the snappiness of it.

That was the main problem I was having too. But with a Virtue board and CP trigger, the bounce is no more. I found that it would double fire at times with the stock board and trigger.

hey... does a non-stock trigger still have side to side slop or is it smoother with the bearings of an aftermarket trigger?

Welcome to the forum.

The roller bearings in an aftermarket trigger should eliminate any side slop the stock trigger may have.

However, some Minis seem to have more of this than others.
