The CP trigger comes good with a stock setting and works off of a spring return. This how to will let you fine tune your cp trigger and teach you on how to NOT lose the spring when breaking down your gun for deep cleaning.
So you keep losing your spring every time you disconnect the body of your INVERT mini from the trigger frame. Are you tired of losing your spring like that? Here is a quick fix. Grab some scotch tape and press your trigger. Take a strip of scotch tape and wrap it around one side of your trigger gun frame to the other making sure it also embraces your trigger. Let go your trigger, now the scotch tape should hold it in place like you are pressing it. Enjoy cleaning your gun and not losing the spring no more! HOW TO FINE TUNE YOUR TRIGGER Now that you have installed your NEW CP trigger CP Trigger install how-to its time to fine tune it. For safety reasons I ask you to air out your mini, disconnect any air tanks making sure your mini has no air in it to fire live. For users with a stock board, you may turn your eyes off before adjusting your trigger. For APE rampage board users, your “eyes off feature” on stock is capped on 12 and not 15 with eyes on. Don’t ask me why but it does make a slight difference, so you my place a ball in the “bridge” making sure YOU HAVE NO AIR SO IT WILL NOT FIRE, to keep your eyes on. There are 3 set points on the CP trigger. The front top screw adjusts your activation point, the back top screw adjust your forward movement and stopping point and the bottom screw adjusts your rear movement and stopping point. TURN ON YOUR GUN What we want to work with and concentrate on is the top front screw. Holding your gun upright as if you where to fire it adjust the top screw by using an Allen key and pulling it towards you (making sure you are adjusting it on the left hand gun side) until when your trigger doesn’t click anymore. Once you do not here your gun click. This is good. Now insert your allen key and push it away from you in increments until when pressing your trigger it clicks again. This makes the activation point very early and sensitive and way easier to walk. If you like your activation point at the very end you may do the opposite. Start with the loosening the screw until it doesn’t click and then tightening it. Now we work on the back top screw. Like the first screw, we will adjust it the same way. Hold the gun upright and place your Allen key in the back top screw and pull towards you (again left hand side of your gun as if you were firing it) until the marker doesn’t click. From that point when it doesn’t click you may adjust it in increments until it clicks. This gives that “invisible trigger” feel and not much play but makes walking the trigger, and run and gunning easier. You may loosen this screw to your preference if you feel the forward trigger distance is too small. Please remember to do it in increments to get that perfect feel for you. The third screw is very important. This screw makes up for anything missed in between. Set this screw to where it is almost touching the trigger frame when the trigger is pressed. Pushing it in will shorten the back travel of the trigger and turning it out will lengthen it. Set it where you are comfortable of the distance it provides you, Hope this helps, and happy walking. Remember This is my setup and it may or may not work for you. This post is to help and not hate. Thank you.

Thanks for the great write up! How do you feel about adding a drop of blue loctite to the screws so they hold their position?
I didn't think my stock trigger had a lot of slop until I installed my CP trigger. I also like the spring return a lot more than the magnetic return. It's hard to explain the difference but I like it.
